At Jevi Prints, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below.
1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

unused, unworn, and unwashed

in its original condition
-
returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

free from perfume, stains, damage, or alteration

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the next steps for return pickup or self-shipping, as applicable.
4. Accepted Return Reasons
Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

wrong product delivered

damaged product received
-
defective product received
-
size issue, subject to approval and stock availability
5. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

request raised after 7 days of delivery

product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

missing original tags or packaging
-
minor color difference due to screen display, photography, or lighting
-
dislike of fabric, color tone, or design after delivery unless the wrong item was sent
6. Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or size-issue item, we may offer an exchange subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement size or product is unavailable, a refund may be processed at our discretion.
7. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method after confirmation from our team.
8. Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping
If reverse pickup service is available for your location, we will arrange it.
If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.
Shipping reimbursement for self-shipped returns will be considered only in cases where the wrong, damaged, or defective product was delivered, and only after approval by our team.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.
