Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days

• Remote locations: 7–10 business days

8. Failed Delivery / Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel, or incorrect shipping details, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged Package or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jeviprints.in with your order number and clear photos, if applicable.
